| Oversea invitation is always the stress work for preparatory group of SIGMA2006. India is the largest garment and textile manufacturing country in southern Asia. Its demand for garment manufacturing machineries and relative equipments must be huge. So India has been the most important country for SIGMA2006. At the respect of oversea invitation, the personnel of preparatory group of SIGMA 2006 mainly carry out three ways, including contacting with the associations, propaganda by Medias, and also through the exhibition companies. |

India has been a large country of garment textile manufacturing and exporting in southern Asia. The demand for garment manufacturing equipments and relative instruments is increasing. As the largest exhibition on garment processing equipments, it is the most professional and evocative one. The position of Garment Technology allows of no doubt. It is a must-go way for SIGMA 2006 to cooperate with them. |

| After the April visit to SIGMA2006, Mr. Inderjit Sahni, the president of India Garment Technology Expo (GTE, for short) paid a special visit again on 7th, August. Their main purpose was to discuss about organizing a delegation to visit SIGMA2006 and also the cooperation affairs about the next year¡¯s Garment Technology Expo¡¯07. |

| Have a Talk with the Principals of SIGMA2006 |
| On 8th, August, Mr. Sahni met Mr. Shen, vice general manager of SGMZ, Mr. Huang, the Secretary of Zhejiang Sewing Machinery Association, and Mr. Lee, Secretary of Jiangsu Light Industry Sewing Equipment Trade Branch Association. Their meeting was regarded as a very pleasure one. |

| Mr. Inderjit Sahni agreed to organize a 50 to 60 persons¡¯ delegation to visit China during SIGMA2006. Mr. Sahni promised to present the name list of participants at the end of August. Mr. Sanhi also put forward that he would help us to invite the visitors from Pakistan and Bangladesh. |

| After twice visit and communication, India GTE Company regarded SGMZ as one of its important global cooperation partners and the two sides signed strategic cooperation agreement on cooperation affairs. The contents of the agreement include mutual support of exhibition, mutual establishment of offices, mutual sending personnel, and after SIGMA2006 and GTE2007 are finished, the two sides prepare together for the GTE-SIGMA2008 in Pakistan. |

| Otherwise, GTE Company considered SGMZ and the four sewing machinery associations from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Guangdong, as its exclusive and long-term cooperation group and also as the unique agent of Chinese region business of the 6th GTE in 2007. |

| Visit the Washing Equipments and Sewing Machinery Manufacturers |
| Mr. Inderjit Sahni and his son Mr. Ricky Sahni visited several washing equipments and sewing machinery manufacturers accompanied by vice general manager of SGMZ. They were especially interested in visiting the washing equipments companies, because they regarded the washing equipment industry as a potential one in India. The demand for dry-clean equipments is very large. Mr. Sanhi suggested that the companies take part in SIGMA2006 and also participate Garment Technology Expo¡¯07after they visited Shanghai Yasen Washing Equipment Co., Ltd, Shanghai Hai Bao Washing Equipment Co., Ltd, and Shanghai Shenguang Washing Equipment Factory. Because there will be a series of foreign merchants who are searching for washing equipment during SIGMA2006. |

| Time goes fast, a week of visit was fulfilled with joy, Mr. Sahni promised to visit SCIMA2006 in September, 2006. |
